These Terms govern your access to and use of the kkkkjjj website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating a kkkkjjj account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through kkkkjjj, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the kkkkjjj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the kkkkjjj Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kkkkjjj employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately, and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. kkkkjjj is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. 3.3 Account Security

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, kkkkjjj is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. kkkkjjj reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kkkkjjj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by the issuing bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the kkkkjjj deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kkkkjjj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Verified accounts can expect GCash withdrawals to be processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. kkkkjjj reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

kkkkjjj is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. kkkkjjj is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). kkkkjjj offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all kkkkjjj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

kkkkjjj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkkkjjj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkkkjjj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkkkjjj makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kkkkjjj's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

kkkkjjj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of software errors.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times. kkkkjjj is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and kkkkjjj, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting kkkkjjj's customer support team. kkkkjjj will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. kkkkjjj's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

kkkkjjj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkkkjjj will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.
